In ConsoleONE, when you add members to a Distribution List, it allows you
to filter the list based on only 5 fields (Object ID, Domain, Post Office,
Last Name, First Name).

How do I filter the list based on the OTHER fields in the GroupWise
Address Book?

For example, in our Address Book there's a field called TITLE which
contains the user job title. I wanted to make a Distribution List that
contains everyone in my Post Office who's Title is "Teacher", and another
for everyone in my Post Office who's Title is "Maintenance", ect, ect...

Our address book contains a several hundred users, and about a dozen
domains besides mine. To go in and have to manually click on each User
who fits these simple criteria would be utterly ridiculous.

PS:
We are using GroupWise 6 and ConsoleONE 1.3.5, running on a Netware 5.1
Server.
