I'm sure I'm missing something boring, but several of my customers using
Win98 claim the toolbar icons fail to show up when the C3PO runs. Same C3PO
runs fine here where I have no c3PO. Icons are compiled into EXE as BitMap
resources using VB resource editor, marked language neutral
