We need to generate HTML formatted messages using the GW Object API. Actually we dont' need it for formatting but for the construction of links.
So far we've just the plaintext way of setting body text. Unfortunately GW doesn't recognize the inserted http://...... as links until the user manually presses <Return> after the link in the user interface.

Almost no information is available on construction of HTML formatted mails. We found a very old one, almost 10 years old, stating that the trick is to:
1. Construct a GW.MESSAGE.MAIL.HTML mail
2. Attach the HTML message as the first attachment
3. Attach a possible ASCII representation of the mail in plaintext.

Viewing the mail, You would see the HTML message attachment as the HTML encoded mailbody.

Is this still the only way to the trick?

Kind regards
