We had a situation where the AD domain that the ZCM 10.1 server has had
a name change. When the agent starts, the realm name reflects the
correct AD DNS name.

From the management console, I can see the User Store and browse it
fine. When I look at the SSL cert on the Management Web Page, the cert
reflects the old DNS name.

I have a feeling that its something to do with the SSL certificate on
the agent being different to the one on the ZCM server, but could be wrong.

Does anyone have any idea on what could stop the agent from accessing
the server if a DNS change occurs?
