After upgrading our development tree to NetWare 6.5 SP8, all of our production users are having issues logging into the production tree that is still running NetWare 6.5 SP7. I did migrate DNS and SLP to a couple of new OES2 Linux servers around this same time-frame.

It seems that after I upgrade the Novell Client software on these workstations, they are able to login again. However, the login time is much slower than before.

Does anyone know if there is an issue with running SP8 for NetWare when the workstation Novell clients are running older versions than SP5?
