Trying to get a NW65 to OES2 migration happening, and having trouble getting NSS volumes created on the target server.

The documentation tells me that in order to use NSS, the evms management system needs to be used. I've followed the instructions but neither NSSMU nor iManager can see a partition on which to create a pool.

I've noticed that the boot.evms service will not start and I'm assuming this is behind the problem. When I try and start it I get

"The EVMS engine is currently in use by process 28386 /sbin/evms_activate.
error returned from evms open engine(): Permission denied."

and then if I wait a bit and try it again I get
"Error code 5 (input/output error) when reading the secondary copy of feature header on object sdc"
