Im having a problem sucessfully imaging a certain type of computer - HP DC7800.
I can image this computer fine if it has an addin video card, but the imaging fails if it is just using the onboard video.

Basicly what happens during build process is

Dialogue window

ENGL Imaging toolkit 5.1
Installing Windows, Please Wait.....

Hardware Configuration
>Verifting Driver Installation
=progress bar=
Total Complete
=progress bar=

Dialogue Box pops up in foreground

Windows - Display Driver has stopped responding

The igxprd32 display driver has stopped working normally. Save your work and reboot the system to restore full display functionality. The next time you reboot the machine a dialogue will be displayed giving you a chance to upload data about the failure to Microsoft.

I Reboot the computer (Mouse and keyboard are non responsive)

Installation appears to continue

ENGL Tmaging Toolkit 5.1

Hardware Configuration
>Installing Hotfixes
After the hardware configuation ends the screen flashes for a second and it looks like Performing Hardware Discovery screen pops up.

The normal Windows XP install dialoges appear (as in when you install XP from a CD) asking for product key, Name, Timezone etc

After this has completed,

Login to the computer

Found new hardware wizard runs
Trys to install driver for ACPI Multiprocessor PC.

Device manager displays two instances of Com1, but everything else installed.

I have tried at least 5 different revisions of the video driver sourced from Intel and HP with the same result.

Have driver images for a dozen or so different computers that work fine.

Any idea on where to go from here?
This is starting to do my head in.
