The company that I work for, has migrated to GroupWise in 2006, and after 9 years, we have no archive policy implemented. I want to setup one.
The politicy states that all the 2009 and 2008 mails, would stay online and the rest should go to the archive.

Can you tell me, what steps do I need to follow, to implement this, in a user by user basis ?
