We have SLES 10 SP2 running ZCM and a satellite server with Windows 2003 Standard acting as our PXE/Imaging server. We have had the prebootpolicy service fail on us in the early morning a few times, which prevents all users from booting their machines because it cannot find any imaging policy during the PXE boot process. Their computers will hang unless they hit ESC while PXE tries to grab an IP address.

Is there a way to prevent PXE from hanging on machines if the prebootpolicy service crashes on the server?
