I have a user that logs into the computer/network just fine. Gets her network drives, access to the internet and email.

Problem is when they open GWIM and try to login (with the same network login) it receives the error message, "Please enter a valid username/password".

Other users have no issue logging into GWIM from this workstation.

I have tried resetting the password and logging back in, no change.
