On the computers that we have ZEN10 installed on, their time to login window has increased by about a minute.

From reviewing the event log, there is a service failure at 3:22:22, "The Novell Zenworks Agent Service service hung on starting".
Then at 3:23:06, "The Novell Zenworks Agent Service service entered the running state"

I've turned on logging for both CASA (lvl3) and The zen agent (debug and above). But in both logs, there is nothing that corresponds to the time when the service doesn't run. Only log entries starting after the agent actually starts.

Where should I look next?
