What is the correct procedure for obtaining support for problems with the online Novell Customer Center? The site itself seems to have no means to report problems.

However I have a serious security problem to report with the center that needs attention (viz., it is impossible to remove the rights of a user to view organization data if that user is the one that originally 'created' the organization within the system, even though they may have since ceased being employed by the organization: attempting to remove the user stops them being listed in the userlist but doesn't stop them viewing the data!).
