We have just started using ZCM and after users have the agent installed, we are pushing out the Personality Migration installation the next time they login.

We have found that this is causing is strange issues with various applications after the user logs in and receives the personality migration software. It is happening on some, not all, of the workstations. All of the workstations have the same OS version and application version.

So far, we have had a problem with our records management application, Accutrac, after the Personality Migration installation. The users cannot connect to the SQL database until we restore the application's ini file with the proper database connection settings.

Then we had users that couldn't open MSWord. We had to delete their normal.dot.

The latest problem occurring today was Outlook. Multiple dll files were missing and we had to reinstall the application.

We've never seen such a strange situation.
