There does not appear to a forum to cover this type of issue, but this
seems closest.

ZCM 10.1.3 running on SLES server.
Have been using ZCM 10 on very limited basis for 6 months. Almost no
issues on a few Win XP workstations.

However. I'm using ZCM 10 to provide DLU to 2 new Citrix servers running
Win2003R2sp2, Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 with hotfix rollup 3 and
with .NET 3.5 sp1 plus hotfixes for .NET 2.0sp2, 3.0sp2 and 3.5sp1.
These servers are running on VMware ESXi 3.5.0.

The ZCM 10.1.3 agent is being used plus the ZCM gpf patch and updated

I regularly see the ZenworksWindowsService.exe using between 500,000K to
over 1,000,000K of memory for 15 to 20 minutes at a stretch and CPU
utilization at 100% and then drop back to a more normal 120,000K and 0% CPU.

They are also throwing up to several thousand errors per day in the ZCC
message logs. Most are "The handler IPSegmentHandler threw an exception.
System.InvalidOperationException: There is an error in the XML
document.---> yada yada...

When these happen, newly launched Citrix applications may take 4-5
minutes to open, if they open at all.

Has anyone else experienced this behaviour and if so, did you find a fix?
