Anyone give me a hand with this one.

I am currently getting this message at the file server. In the past, I
would just remove the BM liceneses, delete the NLS_LSP object associated
with the BM server, reinstall the license and then run setupnls from that
server.

Did I miss a step? This is not working now.

The license is a full unlimited license.

I also verify that the server NLS_LSP object has browse to root for
licenses.

Any help appreciated.
