Dear Support,

we have one user who can't access internet and screen shot is as follow.

I can ping to BM server IP address (10.87.1.1) from that affected user successfully. but no internet.


I have tried his account on other computer. but problem is the same.



Other users in this office has not experienced that problems.

Because I have created one new user ID 15 mins ago but her ID is fine so far, so should I need to do DSREPAIR ??



what do you think we should do?
