is it "works as designed" that the Zenworks Agents on a client stops if I disconnect a notebook from the network?

Background: a user takes his notebook out of the dockingstation for a meeting and after the meeting he docks the notebook in. But the zenworks application window does not response, because the Zenworks Agent service is stopped. The only way so solve this is to restart the machine (because a user cannot start the service manually due to permissions.)

Is this works as designed???? In Zen 4 it was no problem....
