I have migrated a DHCP subnet from Netware to a new OES2 SP1 linux server. All migrated ok apart from the manual assignemnts I had didn't bring over their mac address instead it just said ethernet?

But when I start the dhcp server all is ok I have a pc that had an address previously and its in the dhcp.leases file as .39 but when I release and renew it then ignores this assignement and tries to get the last address in the pool .62 causing an ip address conflict?

Any idea why its ignoring the dhcp.leases file and also .62 is a manually assigned address seen in the java console etc so shouldn't have been assigned at all?
