1. I primarily use a laptop as my workstation, and occasionally a desktop. The problem is that with the desktop BM makes me login when using a browser and kicks me out after a period of time, I believe when inactive. Why? And how to stop this vexatious behavior

2. Also, someone who infrequently shares an office in our suite, who is not a NW user, also must login; do I have to create a user for him, then restrict his rights to data volumes in order to enable him to access the internet without logging in as one of the users when prompted by BM?
