Same scenario as the unanswered post http://forums.novell.com/novell-prod...io-device.html i.e. trying to re-create an sbd on a different lun on a new san that is accessed using multipath...

Have followed TID How to move Novell Cluster Services SBD partition in OES2 Linux but keep getting the
evms_get_object_handle_for_name: No such file or directory
error message

I have tried both the disk/by-name format i.e.
sbdutil -c -d /dev/disk/by-name/cx4-lun0
and the device mapper object
sbdutil -c -d /dev/dm-22
(ls -l /dev/disk/by-name/cx4-lun0
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 11 Jun 22 13:15 /dev/disk/by-name/cx4-lun0 -> ../../dm-22)

Both give the same error, as above. Can see the device fine in nssmu, have initialized and shared, etc. etc.

Any suggestions?!?
