I have seven buildings, each with it's own server and BM38SP4. On the logger screen I'm getting messages like "BorderManager Proxy License Update Failed", "BorderManager Access Control License Update Failed", "BorderManager Site to Site VPN License Update Failed", etc. The code is always C10001001. What would be causing this since they haven't always been doing it?

After checking different TIDs and solutions, I've not been able to come up with a solution. We are using a MLA license and I have the licenses installed on each server which is in it's own container for that building/context. Should the license only be installed once and in the root container maybe?
