We upgraded our ZCM servers at the weekend to 10.2 and am in the process of upgrading our 1200 clients to 10.2 as well.

One of our test machines that we upgraded 1st from 10.1.3 to 10.2 does not seem to be showing the full inventory information when looking at the machine inside the ZCC web interface.

Looking at the inventory details on the machine itself through the Zen Agent Properties page is showing the full software list I would expect to see.

Anyone else seen / reported this? I have raised an SR with files attached showing the difference.

Unfortunately our company is doing an audit of software licences and if ZCC isn't reporting the details properly, tis not good.
