We have a ZCM image that has worked flawlessly in the past until now.
What has changed, we migrated the imaging engine from ZFD 7.x to ZCM
10.2. I'll describe the process that image goes through to name the
PC and give a synopsis of the problem that we are having.

Prepare the Workstation

Zac unrr http://server-name.com -u username - p password
Ziswin
Clear ISD
Set Just Imaged flag to "Yes"
Save ISD
Close Ziswin
Zac unrr http://server-name.com -u username - p password (ensure no
device is registered)
Zac fsg -d
Zac cc
SYSPREP -mini -nosidgen -pnp

The Automated naming process

SYSPREP -mini -nosidgen -pnp
Boot 1
Ziswin writes ISD and reboots (auto-admin logon count 1)
Utility to register Device and reboot (auto-admin count 2)
Utility to unregister Device and reboot (User logon 1)
Utility to register Device with previous User Context and Device
Serial (User logon 2)

The problem occurs when Ziswin runs. When the image is restored from
the ZFD 7.x server Ziswin runs correctly. When the image is restored
from the ZCM 10.2 server Ziswin does not run correctly. (Ziswin does
not reboot the device upon collecting the ISD)

ZCM Server is running on SLES and is version 10.2. Workstations are
XP SP3.
