The issues with .net Framework 3.5 updates breaking multicasting with Adaptive Agents < 10.2 have been well documented. It was promised that this issue would be fixed in 10.2. However, we are still experiencing the problems. The problem is that we are installing Vista Business with SP2, and uninstalling .net Framework 3.5 is not longer an option, it is built into SP2. When we do a clean OS install with only Adaptive Agent on it, we cannot multicast it on a Dell Optiplex 760 (always hangs on windows\inf\MSDTC Bridge\_transaction bridgeperfcounters.ini). Does anyone have a workaround for this issue? I know we are not the only ones having this problem, and 10.2 did not appear to fix the problem for us! Thanks.
