I'll shortly be working at a site that is moving from NetWare to Windows.
The PCs are using XP and the users use Outlook 2003 and local pst files to
store email. The mail server is not Exchange.

New user logon names are being issued which will result in new profile
folders being created on the local workstations. Has anyone here been
involved in this situation before and is there a good way to automate moving
the old user's Desktop, Favourites and PST files to the new profile folders?
I am particularly interested in your advice about moving the PST files.
