Hi all,

Our CEO just discovered that she accidentally set her GroupWise 8 client to auto-delete emails after 60 days. Now she wants some of those older emails.

We backup up the server every night using Arcserve 12 and TSAFSGW. So the data is there. But my boss, the only one who has done this sort of thing before, is in Alaska for three weeks!

We created a Recovery Area and copied the necessary domain files into it, and restored a test user's database backup from last night. The user can File -> Open Backup in Groupwise and see the last few days of email. But when he double-clicks on an item, he gets the error "dependent store file does not exist on the disk."

Obviously we still need something else in the Recovery Area, but what?

Any help is desperately needed and greatly appreciated!
