When we get any e-mail from someone that uses Lotus Notes for e-mail. The message is blank and I can't even see any attachments if they have sent any. I had this same problem with GroupWise 7 but was hoping that upgrading to 8 would take care of the problem but it hasn't. I've tried looking on the forums but don't see anyone having this issue. The only way I can read a message is to look at the properties of the e-mail, other than that everything is working fine. Seeing all the other e-mails etc. Just the lotus notes users. Any ideas?
