Hopefully someone can answer this for me.

If the agent contact status shows a cloud with a question mark, what exactly is that telling me. If you arrow over the cloud its states "Lost".

My device refresh zone schedule is set to flag devices that haven't been contacted in 30 days but the lats contact date is less than 30 days. I have a few devices with a cloud icon that have been contacted two weeks ago.

Can someone please explain what the cloud "lost" error is and what is triggering it?
