I have a rule that on receipt of an e-mail with the letters FWD: it automatically moves those e-mails into a folder.
Problem is it works for 1/2 the members of a team and yet being the exact same rule except for the members name it does not work for the other half.

Is there any way of seeing what the rule is doing? Something like a slow down switch so I can see what the rules is doing and where it hangs itself.
