I think this happens in various places in webacc, but for now I have the error when I open the address book:

A separate dialog window that says:

"Unable to process request. Please contact your system administrator."

If I click "OK" then everything seems to work just fine, like the message was bogus.

trusted sites, compatibility mode do not change this. Not sure on other browsers (but I've gotten a variety of complaints from end users).

I actually did a brand new Netware 6.5.latest download installation for this server, and a fresh webacc installation. I haven't tried reinstalling or anything, but that seems like it would be redundant.

Is this something known or something special for my system?
