    Accountant data date

What should be the time and date stamp on the accountant data entries?
I can see time difference between the time an email was sent/recieved and the time it appears in the accountant data file.

I guess there is some default timezone that is used for the accountant data files, which is independent from the timezone of the server. But can someone confirm this? Could I do anything with this?

Accounting log data is hard coded (unchangeable) to GMT.
