This is an open question for admins to find out what is currently working well for iPhone synchronization of calendar items with GroupWise. Email is easy since it can use IMAP but the calendar has been difficult. I tried the Companionlink product and it was inconsistent reliability and had some oddities. Plus since you have to rely on Google calendars, there is the problem of zero support from Google.

The Toffa product installs a non-native calendar application which, while not a bad product, isn't what users' want to see.

The Notifylink stuff was too expensive for a small business with less than 25 users.
