I'm not sure where to post this but i'm hoping some of you guys can help me.

I have to set up a printer in my CEO's office and have his secretary print to it also. He has a laptop with XP and has NTFS file system, she has a desktop with XP and FAT32. I have shared the printer and given everyone as many permissions as possible, they are both on the same workgroup. When I try connect to her pc from his a little dialog box pops up asking for username and password, but everything i try does not work. When I try connect to his pc from hers I get a permission error.

What am I missing or doing wrong? Any ideas that I can try?
