I'm investigating a slow login issue for a client. I ran a debug log on a client machine during boot. There are only two things catch my eye, but one is this

SessionLogonThread user daemon is *NOT* ready. Sleeping

It looks like it delays the login by 20 seconds or so.

Of course, we need to shave off much more than 20 seconds from the login time, but problem at a time right?

Any thoughts what would cause this? The servers are not spiking CPU and have plenty of RAM (8GB). They only serve about 50 PC's right now. But like another thread, its a SLES 10 VM running on ESX 3.5. It currently only has 1 vcpu due to the memory leak issue.
