I have remote laptop users that are complaining that they are getting a
second logon prompt whenever they change their network password. I suspect
this is happening because the cached credentials on the laptop do not match.
These users are connected VPN - so if they lock their laptop and unlock it -
which should clear their cached credential they still get the second logon
prompt. If they actually connect to the network the second logon prompt

Is Zenworks caching those credential somewhere and not updating until the
user connects to the LAN?
