Is there any way to "repair" or force a reinstall short of uninstalling and starting all over?

If not, what is the best way to minimize the pain of that effort? I ask because we're having several major issues after applying the 10.2.1 update and September PRU to a ZCM install on Windows Server 2008 SP2. e.g.:

- Server is occassionally freezing up and becoming non-responsive requiring a hard boot.
- Remote Mangement policy has stopped working and every time I try to remote to a machine it waits for the user to grant permission. This had been working fine until today after the last freeze-up and hard boot.
- Trying to push out the Ziswin patch via File install doing nothing.
- Trying to register new devices often results in GUID duplicates.
