I have a client that has a gw8 account at our organization and a gw7 account at the other organization she works at. She gets appointments from both systems and needs to make sure she can keep track of appointments in both.

The problem is a rule created to forward all appts from our organization comes to her as an attachment. When she goes into the attachment and tries to accept it as an appt, it isn't seen as an appt and she can't change it to an appt.

Does anyone know what I can do to make it seen as an appt?
