I am trying to use Remote Desktop to access a PC behind the BM
from a location on the internet. I have a secondary IP address on my

public side NIC and that address is NATed to the private IP of the PC
will be accessed.

Using Filter Exceptions, I opened up port 3389 on my secondary IP
the "terminal server" instructions found elsewhere in this forum.

Everything works fine as long as IP filtering is not active. As soon
as I
load filtering, the connection starts to crawl and is usually
after a very short time.

Are there some other filter exceptions other than port 3389 that I
need to
configure for this to work? Can I open up my secondary IP address to
traffic without comprimising my network via the main public IP?

I appreciate any help on this.
