Making any changes in iManager to the proxy settings results in a 'FAILED TO
APPLY CHANGES' status. This occurred with the BM39 server at SP1 level.
Found TID: 7000354 which stated that this issue was corrected in BM39SP2.
Applied that service pack successfully, but the issue persists.

We were able to manage the proxy settings via iManager until very recently.
No changes have been made to the server outside of applying BM39SP2 in an
attempt to correct the issue.

Looking for a new direction to work on this issue. In advance, thanks for
any assistance.
