Most of the time setting something in the client options of a user, postoffice or domain allows you to control or restrict usage without having to be logged in as a specific user. Turning the favorites folder and simple folder lists off in client options does not keep people from having to put up with them on their own. They still see those windows. What is the purpose of having checkboxes for the favorites folder list and simple folder list in client options if they don't control or restrict usage? What is the purpose?
