I have more than a few people listed under the 'Admin' account 'Security
Equal To' tab.

Obviously, I'm very nervous about that.

I have Helpdesk users that will use ConsoleOne for remote controlling
users with Zen. They sometimes look at a user's properties for
information about memberships, etc.

Please let me know what you do to setup Helpdesk rights. The Zen piece
could be setup with Remote Operators, but what do I do to give them
rights to view user properties?
