My customer is using NetWare 4.11 server with SP9 and BM3.5 with
latest
patch. One day, all users could not login on hotmail.com and could
not
reach to HSBC e-banking service website successful. No any change was

made during that period. It just happened suddenly. The
bordermanager
setting is "ACTION" is set to "DENY" packet, and List of Packets
Always
Permitted in exception list. Every Internet Explorer Option has been
set
to using proxy server. If no proxy server setting, they couldn't
reach
HSBC e-banking website or login to hotmail.com. However, all IE
settings
of users' workstation hasn't been changed. They have been set to
using
Proxy server. I have already compared the filtering list with my
documentation. It's exactly same (No different after disaster) I
don't
know why they couldn't login or reach to those websites suddenly.
Have
any filtering file been corrupted that's why it was working abnormal?

What can i do beside i have to re-install the whole server with
NetWare
and BorderManager?
