ZCM 10.2.1 on SLES10. I have some WinXP SP3 machines that are running great, but will randomly not load the zenworks service. A reboot fixes the problem almost every time. If the service does load properly, users log in quickly and all policies and bundles deploy as they should. If the service fails to load, there is a very long delay at login and of course, no policies or bundles.

As an alternative to rebooting, I can manually start the service and login to ZCM and everything is good again.

The following are what I found in the event and application logs. Does anyone have an idea what is happening? I am having an ongoing problem having DLU put users into the correct group. Is this related?

THANKS!

Matt
