I finally got around to installing the calendar publishing host on my WebAccess server. Everything went great and I could publish calendars and updates would happen in real-time. However (and this is where I broke it), I want to use SSL. I already had a re-write command in my Apache httpd.conf file:

## Virtual Host Rewrite port 80 to port 443 (20060629/dwh)
<VirtualHost _default_:80>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} ^\/
RewriteRule ^/(.*) https://%{SERVER_NAME} [L,R]

I changed the settings in C1 (Tools --> GroupWise System Operations --> Web Calendar Publishing Host) to https://gwweb.fcusd.org/gwcal and changed the port to 443 (I've also tried port 80 with HTTPS). I've restarted the server and can view calendars but they're no longer being updated unless I cycle Tomcat. I know it's related to the switch to https since I removed the re-write stuff and it worked great as http.

I saw this TID, http://www.novell.com/communities/no...dar-publishing, but it's related to SLES and I'm not sure how applicable it is to NetWare. For the record, I'm running Netware 6.5 SP7, GroupWise 8.0.1, Apache2, Tomcat4.
