I have installed a new OES2 Linux server in the tree and am trying to get DHCP up and running. Two things I see are as follows:

1. In iManager, I go into DHCP (OES Linux), select Service and create service. I get
Error: System Error
The system encountered and unknown error. Please contact Novell Support

If I go into scope settings and point to the Context of Locator object, I don't know what it is looking for in the Administrative Scope field but when clicking ok it says:
Error: Set Scope Request failed
Invalid Scope settings

2. In DNS/DHCP Management Console the DHCP (OES Linux) tab is grayed out.

I have tried iManager on two different servers with no luck.

Here is my dhcpd.conf file:

ms-bulldog:/etc # tail dhcpd.conf
ldap-server "";
ldap-port 636;
ldap-ssl ldaps;
ldap-base-dn "ou=MS,o=WY";
ldap-method static;
ldap-debug-file "/var/log/dhcp-ldap-startup.log";
ldap-dhcp-server-cn "DHCP_ms-bulldog";
ldap-referrals on;
ldap-tls-reqcert never;
ms-bulldog:/etc #
