I'm in the early stages of building our new ZCM 10.2 server. We purchased a patch managment license, but I'm having trouble activating the license.

Under product licensing, it says "Active" as the license state for Patch Management, but the PM licensing screen has "License Expired" as the status.

I'm wondering if the "Authorization Code" that I got from the customer center is not the "Product Subscription Serial Number" that the ZCC interface is asking for. If that's the case, where do I get the "Product Subscription Serial Number".
