Running GroupWise 8 sp1 on NetWare if that matters. We have a helpdesk email address that our internal and external users use to send support questions. We have recently purchased a new helpdesk system that will create tickets automatically from email. This will save us a ton of time.

The new system uses its own smtp service, using its internal domain name.

How can I make all emails for go to new account that isn't recognizable by groupwise? I cannot do a forward because the FROM will always be from the groupwise system and not the original sender.

I like to keep our if possible.

Or do I just create an external domain of and add the external email account with the same user name and deleted account so when user types helpdesk in email it will choose the new one?
