I have a oes2 sp1 server (32-bit).
The server has two large NSS homedirectory volumes (1 TB each)
The server uses afp and ncp to give access to homedirs to people using MAC's / Windows
The server is virtual running in an VmWare ESX 3.5x environment.
The server is also running (Novell Storage Manager Sentinel Agent)

From time to time this server starts eating MASSIVE amounts of CPU. I've been looking at top to try and find what process is eating the CPU. Problem is that all the CPU time is running in system space (kernel) so i'm having trouble finding the faulty daemon/module what ever.

Anyone have some good tips on troubleshooting this kind issue?
