-just- in case someone else in the world is pulling their hair out over Teaming not wanting to work on a Windows 2008 Server:

- Firewall
I had to tell the Windows Server Firewall to "notify" me should any Applications be blocked (I added java.exe and one or two javaxxx.exe to it, to be absolutely positivley sure).
(Customer wants Firewall).

-File Rights in \conf Directory
Whenever I wanted to start the "startup.bat", I got a 15-Mile long Error Message about "User Database", "Exceptions" and errors. What got my attention was a "Cannot Rename User...xml". It lays in the bin\conf Directory.
So i gave the "Users" Group of the machine hosting Teaming change/edit rights to the whole \conf directory and voila! It works.
