A few months back, whenever our computers were hooked up to the office network, the login window for Zenworks never appeared. When out of the office it did, which made sense.

Now for some strange reason, the login window when connected to the office network is showing. when we try logging in, it says the username and password are not correct, but they are because it is the same as their AD username and password.

I do not know what to look for frankly. I've asked this question before and people say "look at your logs" but 1. I don't know which logs to look at and 2. Don't know where they are located.

Seems to me this is a common thing that should have an easy fix. Please help.
